Master buck
When the highest accuracy is required, Paletti’s master blocks are the first choice. Torsionally stiff, highly precise and individually adaptable thanks to a wide range of accessory components. Components from a wide variety of areas can be fixed and joined in this way. Thus, Paletti Meisterböcke are the ideal tool to support your production in the vehicle start-up.
The vehicle parts visible from the outside are picked up at the outside foreman’s trestle in order to assess them for vehicle start-up. Receiving parts include sheet metal parts such as sidewalls, roofs, doors, front and rear hatches, and exterior trim parts such as bumpers, headlights, taillights, windows, mirrors, door handles, spoilers and trim. These are accommodated in the common shoring to ensure interaction incl. to be able to assess gap dimensions.
Individual parts of sub-welding groups are picked up at the joining master block and joined to form complete assemblies. These are used to analyze stress-free joining and to set up production equipment. Paletti develops individual modules such as tailgates, doors or end walls, but also frames or individual brackets to hold the platform modules or side parts, right up to the complete joining of the platform, the side, the rear end and the roof.
