New assembly and workstation systems – optionally with a digital assistance system

The new assembly and workstation systems from PALETTI are as individual, flexible, and ergonomic as one would expect from PALETTI’s modular system.

Thanks to modularity, demand-based application solutions can be efficiently and economically implemented, based on standardized assemblies. Whether fixed or ergonomic workstation solutions are required, the consideration and optimization of the assembly and workstation systems according to the 5S method – sort – systematize – clean – standardize – self-discipline – are always possible.

Thanks to the extensive range of accessories, such as the perforated panel back wall system with material and tool provisioning using patented connection technology, under-desk cabinets, as well as the selection of items for media and information provision and optimal lighting options, tailored customer solutions can be economically realized.

Optionally, the modular assembly and workstation systems from PALETTI can be supplemented at any time with suitable peripheral devices such as Cobot stations, material order carts, various types of Kanban shelves, and the digital assistance system from delta3 for smart workplaces.
With the help of the scalable digital assistance system from delta3, based on the XTEND software from Fraunhofer IOSB-INA, assembly instructions can be easily digitized and displayed at workstations without the need for programming skills. The integration of additional modules such as quality control, documentation, and media generation as expansion options further contributes to increasing productivity and efficiency in production.
