Paletti repositions itself for the future: Dr. Dammer becomes new managing director

On 01.03.2022 Dr. Michael Dammer took over the management of Paletti Profilsysteme GmbH & Co KG. He is thus the long-term successor to Helmuth Kahl, who founded the company more than 30 years ago. Dr. Michael Dammer is looking forward to his new task: “My goal is to continue the positive development of the company and to expand the national and international market penetration. I attach particular importance to absolute customer satisfaction. In all our work, we want not only to meet our customers’ demands, but to exceed them.”

Michael Dammer is married and has two grown-up children. After studying mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, specializing in production technology, he held various management positions in development and design, product management, plant management and general management. For the last nine years, he was managing director of Dömer GmbH in Lennestadt, a company in the automotive supply industry in the field of stamping and forming technology.
